By using audiobooks.channel you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Purchases

Audiobook purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to stream and download for offline listening on your devices. Content remains licensed, not sold for redistribution.

Refunds

If a title is defective or substantially not as described, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe; access may be revoked after refund.

Producers

Sellers must hold rights to uploaded audio and cover art. Platform fees (default 20%) and Creator Hosting ($1/mo) apply as shown at checkout or subscribe time.
